Hi, there

I need help to download the manual.

I placed my order for the Moreplay Preamplifier kit and the kit arrived safely this week. However, I have encountered issue in downloading the manual, tried twice but in vain. The website told me I had reached the maximum download limit.

Really frustrated that I cannot start my soldering work even though I got the kit.

I have emailed my problem to "[email protected]" and "[email protected]" on 25 Oct and 26 Oct, but as of today, no reply is received.

The order was made by "WK TSE" on 13 Oct 2022

Hope I can get some assistance, many thanks.

I had the same issue; apparently they're having an issue with this, but Eileen straightened it out. Give them a call; phone number is 206.451.4275.   Steve T
