Hi, I have bult the FP2 and Paraglow kits which are still running after 20+ yrs. However, third time unlucky my voltage check is showing an issue. Terminals till 15 checked ok but I have 0 volts on terminal 15 instead of 75. 15 looks correctly connected to A8 per manual. Exact same issue with terminal 31. All else ok, my other readings below, any help appreciated.

I would recommend posting some photos of your build.

The shielded twisted pair wiring that goes to pins A4/5/9 and B4/5/9 is not properly implemented and is likely to cause problems down the road, especially on the A socket.  This is clearly shown on page 22 of the manual.   The 120V wiring that goes from the IEC entry module to the power switch also should be placed in the spot that it's shown in the manual, not where you have it, otherwise you may create noise issues that wouldn't otherwise be there.

What are the voltages at pins A1 and B1?  If these voltages are more like 150V rather than 75V, the problem you have is likely cold solder joints and/or a missing jumper on the H terminal strips.

A1 and B1 are at 156vdc. Will redo all H terminals and report back. Thanks for the advice on the wiring layout, will fix.

The 12AU7s are probably not glowing.

You were spot on, I had missed the step where you short the H terminals. (embarassing!). Now it measures spot on and sounds terrific! THANKS for supporting a kit that I bought ten years ago.

Onto the Bee Pre 2 next (bought one a year ago)!
