What is this front tube that came with the kit? [answered]

I can't make out the manufacturer's logo.  What is this tube (just trying to document, as I start to tube roll.)

Also, what are the proper terms for the front and rear tubes?  input, output, voltage amplifier, power?

That tube is a 5963.  The yellow printing would have said "Baldwin" on it, which means it was produced for the Baldwin organ company.

You could go with input/output for referring to the tubes I suppose.  Voltage amplifier would be fine for describing the 12AU7 and current amplifier for the 6080.

Relabeled Baldwin but looks likely to be made by Sylvania, judging by the style of the numbers.

The nice thing about those organ tunes like Baldwin, Conn etc. is that they had to meet low noise specifications.
