Hello,
I am slowly working my way through my Crack build, and I know this is a dumb question, but I do not understand the plus/minus percentage after the 175V AC or 6.0V AC readings for Page 29. Does this mean that my voltages can be within a 20% range of those readings?

For example, I 6.0V on the first AC reading for and 179V AC on the second. My very first reading was 121.8V so I did the Page 25 wiring.

Yes.
For example, I 6.0V on the first AC reading for and 179V AC on the second.

The whole numbers and the 6V being exactly 6V means your meter probably won't resolve beyond that first digit, so no big deal there.
