100% this! I was recently in Houston with some time to kill, and had it in my head I wanted this album (because as the song says, they are from Houston, Texas), so I went randomly from record store to record store trying to find it. I ended up at a place called Sig's Lagoon, and it turns out the owner knows Archie Bell well because he lives in the neighborhood...and they had a mint copy! It was fun hearing stories about him from back in the day....
