Sowter 1990 wiring

So to wire the Sowter 1990 as a 1:10 step up I connect red to orange then white and gray go to the input?

Red to orange and white to grey will get you no signal out of the SUT.  For 1:10 operation, orange and red get soldered together and connected with heatshrink, grey goes into the solder cup on the pin of the RCA jack, and white to the ground tab on each RCA jack.  The pink, yellow, and black wires connect as described in the post above.
