I have a Moreplay and Kaiju connected to Omega SAM speakers. When I play CD's on My Rega CD player the Volume control on the moreplay has very little  range. This with th e trim pots on the Kajui all the up. Is this normal..

I would triple check that you have the 10K and 100K pots in the Moreplay in the correct places.

Assuming you have passed PB's check above, then it is more or less normal with high-efficiency speakers such as the Omega Super Alnico Monitors. That is one of the reasons Kaiju has adjustable sensitivity controls! Just adjust them until the Moreplay control covers an acceptable range for your system.

Measure resistance between the top front and top rear lugs on the volume pot.
