I am worried about some Transistor maybe burn?
But change a new 12AU7, all Voltage check are right.

AC in : 113V
Heater voltage only AC 5.6V, is OK?

Sorry for my poor english.

A damaged 12AU7 can cause abnormal voltage?

Finished, but not try to add headphone yet.

Two switch, Turn on heater first, Then high Voltage.

I think by luck of the draw, he keeps getting knocked off the front page and perhaps escaping notice...

I don't know the circuit even a little bit.
