Will this work in my crack headphone amp with speedball. The more I researched this question the more confusing it became. The top is for a 6sn7 and the bottom plugs into  headphone amp where the 12au7  plugs into. And it says 6.3 volts on it. Thank You Dale Young

I used a 6SN7 with an adaptor with my Crack plus Speedball. I felt it was a really good.

Ok thanks ,  Just built this amp  and didn't want to damage it in any way. I have lots of different 6sn7 tubes that i use in my tube preamp.

@formuladale

Where did you pick that up?  I've been considering trying out a few 6SN7's.

Thanks,
Greg

   Bought it on  ebay . I paid $20 and that included tax and shipping from seller 12ax7b SOUND. few months ago. Now he wants $18.66 / each + $25 shipping. Apparently the tariffs kicked in. It appears to be built well. To be honest with you there really isn't enough difference in sound from the stock 12au7 tube to really play around with this adapter. Regards Dale
