Ten Moreplay preamp upgrade kits are now available. The exotic Alps pots we use are proving tricky to get a steady supply of, so these kits may be the only ones we have available for a bit while we await the arrival of more pots we have acquired from here and there around the globe.

Thanks to everyone who ordered! I apologize that these kits have only just trickled out. The two rather unique Alps Blue pots we use have been far more challenging to acquire than we expected. First one pot was on back order for months and now we find that the supply of the other one has been depleted in the meantime. Luckily I found a batch in Germany today and we should have some more kits available when those arrive in a couple of weeks.

I just got lucky! I went to the site just to check and there were 24 kits, and I grabbed one.

Yes, we just got more pots and were able to put 25 kits in stock. A chip we need to fill the orders is arriving in the next day or two and then we will begin shipping the current orders.

We have sold half of them since I put them up on the site about 5.5 hours ago. So if you're thinking about grabbing one I would not hesistate too long. We will get more pots, but they take a little while to get here from the distributor.

Arrgh. I accidentally ordered the wrong pots. Shoulda been log taper for volume, but I accidentally ordered pots with an MN balance taper. Yes I have a palm print on my forehead. Thankfully I discovered the error before we started shipping the new batch of ugrade kits. We found the correct part and we have them coming expedited. This will create a delay of a few extra days before we begin shipping. Apologies.

If anyone is looking for a very high quality 10K balance pot for DIY projects we have quite a few for sale at $25 each.

Can this be used to replace the volume knob in the Crack? I forgot the value of the pot there...

This has a completely different resistance, taper and application (for balance rather than volume).
