On the 39kohm 3w resistor it states in the manual that the bands are orange, white, orange, gold.

The resistor sent with the kit is banded: orange, white, black, red, green.

I want to make sure this is not going to be a problem before soldering in case the wrong resistor was sent.

Thank you!

Its a 39K ohm resistor - 5 band color codes are a little different (see https://circuitdigest.com/calculators/5-band-resistor-color-code-calculator ).

I've made it a practice to check each resistor with a multimeter before using (older eyes and variable lighting). I think its much easier to spend a few moments to confirm the value rather than desoldering & replacing.

Thank you!  I had done the calculator earlier but wanted to make sure there wasn't anything I was missing.  Working on voltage checks now :)
