After we moved to the Bainbridge Island Bottleheadquarters the old basement office at Chateau Bottlehead stood empty for the past year. Finally got the Hammond Model E concert organ running well last month, and this week I hauled out some boxes of stuff and moved the rest of the instruments into the new music room. Perhaps this year I will be inspired to practice a lot more, and to lure a few of my musically talented friends to stop by...

That sounds fun. A few years back I dallied with the violin. It is my favorite instrument hands down. Unfortunately, I have no musical talent at all. You have probably heard whoopy cushions with a better sense of rhythm.

Hope you all had a good Christmas! - I havent received my Xmas present to myself yet, although I cant wait to hear it following the Quickie preamp! I have the Emotiva XPA-2 power amp on reserve. It should ship in January. Any experiences with that amp?
