Just finished assembling the Crack Headphone Amp + Speedball.
The voltage readings on terminal 20 = 0. Speedball manual says it should be 206.
Reading on 19 = 91.8.  Should be 0.

Keep in mind I followed the revision 5/6/10 on page 19 of Crack manual: connecting transformer terminal 4 to 14U instead of 22L.

I'm unable to locate anything wrong with the build. Maybe I fried 1 of the resistors? on the IC boards.
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you assemble the Crack with the Speedball all at once?

Yes, I built it all at once.  I just read the advise about building the Crack kit completely and then installing the Speedball.

By the way, I've been listening to the Headphone Amp like it is and it sound pretty darn good.

Should I uninstall the Speedball and complete just the Crack?

Somewhere we should have this advice:

Before assembling a kit check for updates, corrections etc. in the kit's area.

Yes, or maybe add it to the CD, just so a person can get headed in the right direction.

I actually think all the new manuals should go out with a link at the top which takes you to the latest updates on the forums for example.
