problem with speedball upgrade installation

Heya folks. At last i got around of installing the speedball on my crack. Everything went fine (or so i thought), but one of the leds on big board isn

Check that the silver end is where it should be.  We will assume that the LED that isn't glowing is on the right channel.  If all the LEDs do not glow you will get low volume in one or both channels.

If the LED doesn't need to have the ends swapped post voltage.  But only those that are greater than 15% off from expected.

Led is positioned correctly, silver lining is facing the right way. I will post voltages tomorrow, it

Make sure that the 2N2222A and 2N2907A transistors are in the right places

Yep, what Doc said, I switched those transistors myself and the symptoms were pretty much identical.
