Hello There, all BH fans and experts !

Some days ago i had no clues about what tube would suite my good old Paraglow,
and i posted some questions around BH forum.
So i guess it is fair to give some echoes here to my new tubes first auditive impressions.
I guess it is always about personal tastes,
strengths, flaws, and flavors of components making it all together (or not!)
in a particular sound system,
but here the changes are all for the best...

the Mullard driver was the first to be installed a couple of days ago :
(e180cc instead of the previous 5965 but they seem to have identical electric specs)
higher bottle, slightly different inner construction,
but sonically the change was subtle
a bit more tight, more firmness, especially in the bass range... but very subtle.

Nothing that could prepare me to the next move's consequences:

today arrived the Tesla JJ 2A3
(which i guess is in fact a 300B with a folded filament?)
at first, with its tall bottle it looked very nice on the top of my Paraglow,

and the SOUND !!! Oh, oh, oh...

This is a HUGE change!
the sound is so much more opened, detailed, with stronger deeper bass foundations...
the colour of each instrument is so much more present ! everything is so much more alive!

I simply got a completely new amplifier... and playing in a completely different league too !

I am listening to Joao Gilberto's "Aguas de Mar
