Hi all now that I am waiting for my FP3 manual any time now

I finally figured a way to install the pair of slagel avc physically on to the FP3. I entails some cutting of circuit  board and wood work on the FP3. I am leaving the selector original.

The Slagel is a coarse/ fine unit with both volume control per channel mounted on a circuit board.
There  are 3 points to solder  on the board GND, IN, and OUT.

Before wiring I thought to get help and confirmtion

My  take  is the OUT of the Slagel goes to Terminal 17 (?) through a resistor an on to pin 2  of the 12AU7.

There is a black ground  wire on  left most terminal T 16  which connects to a resistor and then to T11 which is one black leg of the auricap ( looking from the tube side with transformer in the rear) I think that wire goes to Slagel GND

The original selector has a foil shielded Black wire  with a red and black wire connected A and red to D of selector
My guess is that the black goes to Slagel GND so does the T- 16 black wire
The red wire goes from  D (selector)  to IN (of Slagel)

I will post before and after pics following this post as a reply
Thanks

... can't help you with the connections, but kudos to you for fitting those in there.

thanks mathew mckay

Took me awhile just studying it....... taking  a pair of thin snips to the circuit board corners was for me akin to bungie jumping. ( I dont do roller coaster either)
the dry fit and dremel grinding was most of it .
