Nice work.  I am glad you got it all sorted out.  Bottlehead doesn't make that kind of mistake often.  Maybe twice in the last 13 years I have been reading.

Try turning the i-Pod down so you don't run into the range where the stock pot drops out.

:eft channel hum is reading 3.2 mv and right channel is 3.6+ mv. Its really not bad unless I'm listening at very low volume.

iPod is connected through line out pin connector, cant adjust the volume (only when running through headphone out), and my ALO output is up all the way, that gives me plenty of headroom.
