Hello All,

Apologies in advance for this lame newbie question. I have received two Dale 1233 RN55D 4753F resistors to replace the two incorrectly spec'd 47.5K ohm resistors on page 32 of the manual. When I meter the values of these parts...my auto-ranging meter reads .472M ohms...not 475 K ohms. When I turn off auto-ranging and try to read K ohms...the meter reads O.L (which according to my manual is an off - scale reading). I had no issue reading the values of any of the other parts. If someone could confirm these replacement parts are correct, I'll go blissfully if not ignorantly on my way. Two resistors and the caps to install...I can't wait to hear this thing!

Many thanks,

Jeff

.472MΩ is 472K, which is well within spec for that position. If you see Paul's comments in the thread about this issue, any value between about 100KΩ and 500KΩ is fine for the job. Don't sweat 3KΩ , at least part of which is probably meter error.
