Adhesive on Tubes
on:
August 13, 2013, 07:40:38 AM
I received my Crack kit yesterday and unpacked it last night. I noticed some of the adhesive from the bubble wrap stuck to the tubes. Do I need to clean that off the tubes before using them? If so what's the best cleaner to use? Goo Gone?

You don't need to remove that material, but if you want to, a little Goo Gone will take it off easily (as would something acetone-based).

Not to worry. I run a pair of 45's in my Paramours that have large service stickers glued to the bulb, dated 1937!!! Best sounding pair I own!!
Cheers,
