Were the packages marked "Bottlehead"? Have you checked with your local post office? Was there a return address on the packages?

I would contact your local branch office and express your concerns. If you're not getting your mail, I'm sure there are others not getting theirs as well. I've never had the greatest experiences with USPS customer service, but it's worth trying.

For most of my life, I've lived in big cities: New York, Munich, Frankfurt, Paris, London, etc. Two years ago, I moved to a suburban/semi-rural town. What a difference! There is rarely a line (any line) at my post office. I am greeted by name. Service is excellent and friendly. It has been a revelation.

And I am a huge fan of USPS Priority Mail. It is SO MUCH FASTER than UPS or FedEx Ground, yet it costs about the same. Packages almost always arrive in 2 days, with excellent tracking.

So, yeah. Check with your local post office. Something is definitely wrong.

Regards,
Adam

I saw one of the envelopes that the post office returned yesterday - the address was invalid I believe.
