Speedball R&R - circular pads pulled off PCB. No big deal?

Guess a couple of joints weren't well-heated when I removed wires from the Speedball boards.

On the side of the board where the wire used to be, the tiny circular pad pulled loose when I pulled the wire.  :-\

The traces to which the pads attached are okay (not delaminated).

Just keep going, or time to get new boards (and some components to match)?

If the pads are still attached to the traces you can try reattaching them to the board with a tiny dot of superglue. Otherwise be careful resoldering, it's easy to tear the pad from the trace.
