soft start in a audionote 300b

thats the question-having arcing problems in the rectifier on startup-this was fixed for 6 mos or so
now it is occurring again-now granted the caps may or maynot be failing---several remedies have been tried --the amp works and sounds fine but the arcing is not normal and unnerving -what is happening in the rest of the circuits as far as damage to tubes etc-i have not cked start-up voltage yet -it is most likely high but not alarmingly so just enough to give the 5u4g a hard time
schematic is here

thanks howie

It's bad caps or bad tubes. Probably best to ask on the ANkits forum at Audio Asylum.
