I was wondering if the filament winding on the Crack power supply can handle an additional 30mA of current in addition to the 2.5A for the 6080 and 300mA for the 12AU7.

The PT-3 6.3v filament winding is rated at 3Arms. I run a 5998, (2.4A) and a 7N7, (.6A) with no issues.

I asked the same question for my S.E.X. amp as i wanted to add a pilot light which was ~100ma, i was told its fine as the load of different tubes can vary that much. 30ma is so small i wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks for the quick answers. I suspected as much but I just wanted to be sure.
