I finished assembling my crack last night and resistance check was good. However the voltage check had some error. Checked and re-soldered a few connection just to be sure. Here are the voltage values I got

A1- 90
A6- 90

B1 - 90
B2- 170
B3 - 0
B4- 90
B5- 170
B6- 170

B7 AND B8 is 0

Location
7- 0
9- 172
13- 175
21- 208

I went through the power supply connections and voltages as well as the smaller tube voltage, everything checked out ok. The LEDs are on.

I am suspecting the output tube 6080 could be suspect since there is not output voltage on B3 and B6 is 170v instead of 100. I also noticed the 3K 5W resistor on the B6 side was getting super hot while the B3 side was not (probably because no voltage)

Can somebody help me troubleshoot, if it is the tube or something else. Thanks.

I fixed it! The socket was installed incorrectly and so the pins were mismatched. :)

Yeah, gotta be careful with that keyway!

I'm guessing your T1/T5 voltages popped down a bit?

Thats right! It did pop down a little bit, i think about 2-3V. Wondering why did that happen, did I damage the Output tube?

I know what happened with the socket, I dropped it while i was installing and i then wrongly re-inserted since there are more than one keys.

When the 6080 draws current, the power supply voltage will drop a bit too.
