Hello and thank you for your assistance.

Completed soldering and ran resistance checks, which passed.  A few voltages are significantly off, though.

Terminal 7: 147 instead of 100
A1: 76 instead of 90
A6: 0 instead of 90
B1: 148 instead of 90
B3: 148 instead of 100
B4: 76 instead of 90.

The remaining terminals appear fine.  I also checked my soldering and the schematic, but was hoping this info might assist in a diagnosis.

Thanks again for any help.

That's OK, the 12AU7 is just conducting like a new tube.
A6: 0 instead of 90
A6 ties to T1, are they both reading 0?  Do both LED's glow on the 9 pin socket?  Do both halves of the tube light up?
B1: 148 instead of 90

B1 should be wired to A6 through terminal 1.  You can't have 148V at B1 and 0V at A6 without a wiring error present.

Focus on these for now, the rest of the odd voltages are odd because of these.

I really appreciate it.  I will review tomorrow and report back.
