Speed ball Installation problem [resolved]

Hi. I've just recently finished installing the speed ball upgrade to my crack. There is a minor problem though. After about a minute I smell burning and a bit of smoke coming from around where the power switch and connector is. Also after installation I've noted that the LED connected to terminal A3 on the 9 pin socket lights up momentarily then goes out, is this normal? All of the other LEDs on the PCBs light up, however, the LEDs on the small PCBs get very dim. I'm not sure how bright these LEDs are supposed to be so that might be irrelevant.

Edit: The LED connected to terminal A3 on the 9 pin socket lights up for only a few seconds then goes out.

So the stock works and voltage checks completed?
Now, with the Speedball are all voltages correct?

The stock voltages were correct. I ran stock for a couple weeks just fine. As far as the speedball goes, I wasn't able to get very far as checking the voltages because of the smoking issue. But no, the voltages were not correct for what I was able to test with the speedball installed. Right now I'm just going through all of my solder jobs. I may revert back to stock and start over from there.

Edit: Also, I lied earlier about all of the PCB LEDs lighting up. 2 out of 4 of the LEDs on the big PCB do not light up. Sorry I just noticed that.

Edit #2: Okay. It looks like it was total user error. I had managed to solder 9L to the wrong pad. All LEDs are solid and no more smoking. The voltage checks seem fine except that terminals 6 and 10 seem to be all over the place.

Check the ground on the jack, and the ground cables joints on both ends leading to trs ground.

Check the installation of the TIP50 transistors.  If you do not install them properly, the power supply will get very hot!

I took a risk, went with the voltage values I was getting and decided to plug my headphones in and give it a listen. It sounds good and I'm getting no noise or popping from it. The only thing that concerned me was that terminals 6 and 10 were all over the place but they were both well under 0V. I don't know if these checks have to be exactly at 0V or not. Other than that it seems to be working with no issue. I haven't left it on for an extended period of time yet though.

What does all over the place mean if less than 0 V?

It just seems to fluctuate anywhere from 2-4mV.

Edit: Re-tested voltages after tightening screws and re-flowing some joints.

That is 0.002V-0.004V.  That isn't all over the place, it's 0.
