I wasn't looking forward to disassembling the attenuators on my Foreplay for cleaning. I'm older and a little shaky these days so as a last resort I got a small insulin syringe from a friend. Filled it with deoxit and injected it liberally into the tiny weep hole where spray tubes won't fit.
Worked the controls back and forth then left it upside down overnight. Next day no noise. Thought I share and hope it works as well for others.
