I just opened my speedball kit and I'm doing the part check. The manual says I should have

2—31.6 ohm 1/8W metal film resistor (orange, violet, blue, gold, brown)

This color combination resolves to 37.6. My kit has two orange, brown, blue, gold, brown resistors, which resolves to 31.6. This is a little confusing. Is this just a typo in the manual?  My manual came on CD and is dated feb 3 2014.
