How difficult is the tape path upgrade for the Otari mx 5050?  I've built one bottlehead kit before, so I'm thinking this would be easier since it is mostly a mechanical upgrade?

I just ordered it, so I will let this thread know how it goes.  I don't anticipate problems.

Hope all went well. With all the tiny spacers it is smart to line a baking pan (cookie sheet with sides) with white paper to lay out and assemble the guides. Finding the spacer that fell on the floor is time consuming.
