Power Transformer test out of spec (barely)

I'd just like to get some reassurance before proceeding in the build.

Incoming voltage measured 125.4v
Input wiring completed based on that range (115-130v)

Voltage across PT terminals 7-8= 198v (just within 5% margin of error)
terminals 9-10= 6.7v
terminals 11-14= 6.7v
terminals 12-13= 6.7v

These 3 above values are just outside of the spec 6.3+/- 5%

Is there something I could do differently to bring these values down or okay to proceed?
