The hash noise that I heard in the background is gone, the headphones are stone quiet.

I caused the problem when I repaired the blown resistor, I looked at the test chart and used 249 k however it was a 220 r for that location. When I checked I wondered why it was now 481 k but ignored it.
After several hours of wondering why I had that slight noise I looked at my repair and changed the R. Now w/o a signal I can turn the volume 98 % before I hear the slightest grain of a insect buzz and I have to hold the cup hard to my ears. The Audeze LCD are some of the most sensitive on the planet so that is really a tribute to this amp, to perform like that. Needless to say I would need a stethoscope to hear it through the Fosteks.

I have included the pics, it was a fun build, the end result which is the transparency of the music is the cherry on top.

If you are on the fence about one of these products, don't be, pull the trigger now. I was on the fence for over two years, if I had pulled the trigger earlier I would not have gone through the upgrades on the headphones. I now have 4 pairs and 4 amps.
