Voltage variance - within tolerance?

On terminals A4, A5, A9 and B7, the voltage hovers around 5-6. All other points measure well and the amp sounds just dandy. Is this something to worry about? I've checked all wiring and joints, and rolled tubes. ::Nevermind, see post below::

Nevermind, moved wire on transformer terminal 4 to 14U from 22L and reflowed the joint on transformer terminal 5, everything measures fine now.
