Greetings all,

I'm a firm believer that there is no such thing as a stupid question; however, the world is full of inquisitive idiots.   So, time to be an inquisitive idiot.

I see the dust cover for transformers being painted, but didn't know about the rest of it.   Can all of the visible parts be painted or no?

Thanks.

Sure. I've painted all of mine satin black to clean them up.  You can lightly sand them to remove any varnish runs, but don't use any kind of paint stripper.
