PC Board resistor

Getting along on my Smash build, my .27 ohm resistor reads .6 ohms (shorting my Fluke reads .1).  I put it in anyway assuming it was Ok but thought I'd ask since it's almost 50% out.  Will it make much of a difference in the filament voltage?

It can be very, very, very hard to measure low resistances like that, even factoring in the meter lead resistance. 

What does your meter say when measuring the 0 Ohm resistor supplied?

My Fluke meter (175) has a resolution of .1ohm with an accuracy of ±(0.9% + 1) so a couple of ohms is the practical limit you can measure down to.

P.S. Never heard of a 0 ohm resistor before, whats that do for you?

The 0 Ohm resistor just acts as an insulated jumper.

The 0 ohm measures .1 ohm, which is my zero since I get .1 ohm shorted.

Yeah, I wouldn't worry too much about it.  Oils from your fingers, oxides on the resistor leads, etc. are going to influence this low of a resistance reading.

If your voltage checks end up being off, let us know and we can revisit that resistor.
