So all the other resistance checks are fine, but the last one the center pin. both led banded ends are going to the center and and facing up all the joints look and feel good. even the top inner volume pot looks good. Any advice?
 Thanks

The 9 pin tube socket it was the only "center pin" in the manual.

Center pin of 9-pin socket should be zero. It is not called out in the resistance check. Center pins of the RCA jacks are listed in the manual, and must be ~100K.

Bah you and your knowledge.... ;)
All is good THANKS man.

Edit; I just rechecked my manual and the RCA jack center is referred to as the solder cup.
