Hello all,

Ive run into a bit of a hiccup while adding speedball and a choke to my crack. I completely assembled the speedball boards, but I'm missing one 2N2222A transistor. I'm not sure if I was shipped only one, but knowing myself I most likely lost it. Are there any specifications that I should look for to replace it? Or would any 2N2222A transistor work as a replacement?

Now for the choke, I have yet to buy standoffs for it. Do I need to get nylon standoffs, or would it be okay to get brass or aluminum ones?

Any old 2N2222 will work just fine.  If you have a local electronics shop, an NTE123A is the equivalent part.

For the choke, metal standoffs will be stronger.
