Continuity Question

Tested the continuity but I'm getting 0.001 for all three pins
I set my voltometer to AC/2v like in the picture

Is this okay?

That's the wrong end of the knob you're looking at. It's pointing to the continuity setting in the ohms scales at about 7:30 rather than the 2VAC scale at 1:30. If you don't have a continuity beeper on your meter you can just use your lowest ohms scale.
