SOLVED.. Ok, so this is the dummest. But.. It seems I was measuring the wrong thing, Instead of putting the "-" Voltometer terminal at the Ground of Eros, I put it at 31U instead, and measured 217V at the terminals, as it should measure. So everything was working all along, but I was measuring the wrong thing....
