I am in the early stages of building the Crackatwoa.  Testing as instructed, I measured incoming voltage at 124 VAC and wired the transformer accordingly.  Performing the Power Transformer Secondary Test, I got the following results:

     - 3.2 VAC at terminals 12 and 13; within spec.
     - 3.2 VAC at terminals 14 and 11; within spec.
     - 6.4 VAC at terminals 15 and 9; within spec.
     - 172 VAC at terminals 20 and 19; more than 5% above the 161 VAC specified.

Should I be concerned about the 172 VAC reading?

Thanks for your assistance.

Joe.

That all looks OK to me.  What you don't want to see in those measurements is that everything is super high or everything is super low, which would tell you that the wrong voltage range was chosen.
