I am finished with building, and have passed all other tests (including the rest of the resistance tests). For some reason, terminal 22 is just measuring like the terminals marked with *. I checked the bolts and screws on the transformer. Safety ground reads ~0.2. What is the problem here?

Final Update (Solved): I just figured out I had a bad solder at 16L. It works now.

Update: When I measure it in some spots it’s ~1.2, but on the top it still fluctuates. With an alligator clip, it reads 1.1. My meter seems to go to a 0.2 at the 0 terminals, so I’m not sure if I should count this.

Update: So, after a while the resistance reads differently, around 3 or 4, instead of 1.2 with an alligator clip.

They are still Close to "0"  figure you have the leed resistance plus different clips. I wouldn't sweat it...John

All right. I posted another question relating to the voltage test. Any suggestions?
