I completed the initial resistance checks and have values that are different for 22 and 23. I get no reading at either terminal (O.L). The expected value is an asterisk (*) which indicates that the ohms will fluctuate due to the presence of a capacitor. There is no capacitor at either terminal though. The capacitor is at 24/25. Should I be getting a reading besides "O.L" at 22 and 23? I've checked the continuity of all of the power inlet points from the pins in the receptacle to the transformer and all check okay. What am I missing?

Those terminals hook to the incoming AC mains, so as long as you don't see a low resistance value there you don't need to be too concerned.

Thanks, Paul. After I posted the question I reasoned that since the 0.L means that the leads aren't connected to something offering resistance, 0.L was exactly what it should have been reading. Any resistance between the ground and the neutral or positive would mean that something is indeed wrong.

Thanks for the quick response!
