13 ohm 1/4W resistor

Page 46 instructs the insertion of a 13 ohm resistor (brown, orange, black, gold, brown) into the R1 position on the A side of the board. I found two resistors that measure 13 ohms but the colors are (brown, orange, black, gold). I assmre this is correct because it measures correctly and I don't see any other resistors with brown, orange, black, gold, brown) in the components. Am I correct? Thanks!

If it measures right, it is right. That last color band is just a tolerance indicator and we often have to substitute parts these days.
