When performing resistance checks, I get 10k ohm at 19 but 20k ohm at 9. Double and triple checking solder joints, I did discover and reflow two joints at A8 and A1, but the problem persists. No other bad joints have been found. All grounding points also seem to be solid.

Any ideas or input will be appreciated.

Rock On!

The wiring is there that should allow this resistance to appear correctly.  What I do see is a lot of joints that just don't have enough solder on them.

Okay, Thanks, Paul. I'll get busy on that.

You can also check the resistance of every terminal on each pot where a black wire lands.  They should all read 0.

Will do.

I fattened up all of those lean joints and the reading at 9 came down to 15k. So, were getting there.

Thanks.

Paul, it turns out I had the red wires on both tube sockets wired A5 & B5. Moved both to A6 & B6 where they belong. Problem solved, sounds wonderful. I did also find three weak solder joints and re-flowed them, adding a bit of solder as well.

Thank you for your time and assistance, Kind Sir.
