I sure hope so, given the lack of output coupling! Moreover, I wasn't aware that these "space charge" tubes had a particularly low plate impedance, given that they run at such a low voltage and puny currents. So, I am at a loss as to how a 150 ohm to 600 ohm device could just be "connected" without having a huge impedance mismatch - unless the output is being taken off the cathode. Even then, a cathode follower's output impedance is the inverse of its transconductance - which these little tubes cant have much of!
