Right channel pops and cracks but no sound. [Solved]

I really wish I wasn't here with an issue but here I am. I've had13 two weeks or so of no problem listening and then Friday the right channel started popping and cracking and now there is nothing but said pops. I swapped tubes, no change, turned off the Smash, no change, swapped inputs and speakers it's still the same. I reflowed probably all the solder on the right side. I checked the resistances over the whole board and just checked all the voltages again and this is what I got. I also did the chopstick test, which I noticed someone mentioned to another member, and was not able to see any changes while I poked and prodded around the connections. Here goes for voltages, and as you'll see the right side is low at a number of points.

So you can see the drop off on the right channel voltages, but I have no idea where to go from here.

Would I be wrong to think the capacitor that hooks up from 43U to 42U the 450V 22uf is toast and causing a larger voltage drop than it should be? I should be able to source one here if this is the case.

Yep, I was wrong. Tested the cap and it's just fine. Any ideas?

Check the screen stopper resistor soldered to the A side 9 pin socket.  When the amp is running, you can also measure the voltage at A9 (carefully).

Yep, that 237Ohm 1/8w resistor between A8 and A9 is open. So what would cause this? And are they hard to find?

They aren't that hard to find, we can send you one for the cost of postage. 

The resistor self-sacrifices if there is a flaky solder joint or component failure that would otherwise toast the EL84 and/or plate choke. 

On one of the original Seductors, I didn't solder one leg of an MJE-350 well enough, and that resistor popped when the MJE-350 loosened up sufficiently.

We had a couple 240 Ohm 1/4W 1% at work. Is this rating going to be an issue? I might be able to sort some proper ones around here if so.
