The worst are the cheap Chinese ones from eBay that disintegrate when you try to solder them.  I chucked a bag of them in the bin out of frustration.

DPDT toggle switch. 6 solder lugs in an area 15MM square! Don't use heat shrink, pay the price ;-}

got it..  that does sound pretty hard :-p  I think that was the hardest part about the Quickie, soldering in the potentiometer.  It would be fun to upgrade the pot, maybe by going with a submissive to take the easy way out lol 8)
