Okay, reviewed that thread, and apparently Cowboy forged ahead with his voltage checks.
After checking all the connections associated with the a/c inlet and the trafo connections, seeing no anomalies, but still getting a steady, repeatable "0" ohms, I did the same.
Voltages checked out, and amp fired up successfully.

PS: - Blackplate, do I interpret your comment correctly that the readings at 47 / 48 should be anything BUT 0 ohms, with normal readings fluctuating above 0 ohms, and steady "0" being an indicator of a short to the chassis or other issue? -Really would like to figure this out if possible. - Thanks
