You can blob some solder up top to connect them together.  The solder pad for the 237 ohm resistor looks like it's totally gone.

OK, now there is continuity, but my multi-meter just died on me >:(. I'll get a new one and measure again.

OK, all works as it should be. Thank you for accurately diagnosing the problem with the continuity between the 2 resistors!!!
