I was so pleased to read your astute review of things Genesis and Hackett too. I saw TLLDOB recreated by the tribute band "The Musical Box" and they were superb. For a real treat however, pick up the SACD 5.1 mix by Steve Wilson. Simply amazing.

Agree and agree! The Musical Box performance of TLLDOB was great and the 5.1 SACD (plus the other Gabriel era surround mixes) are simply stunning.

Friends - if you like the music of Genesis of old, check out a band called The Musical Box. They perform three shows form three eras of early Genesis. The Lamb is the latest in time and apparently they don't do it often.

The Musical Box's presentation of the shows is faithful to the end - music, dress, and Gabriel's theatrics. It is truly amazing. The best performance is The Musical Box itself, the energy in the closing sequence is amazing.

They play here in Atlanta every couple of years and they frequently play Europe. I hope you can get to see them.
