I've just installed the Speedball from the Original Crack, and I'm having some issues.  I've an adequate amount of DIY experience, and the original Crack had zero issues from the first go.

The biggest issue I'm having after the speedball is that it's making a smoke out of the power supply (which scared the crap out of me as I thought I was going to die).  Putting a headphones through my sansa fuse at first made a lot of crackling noises out the headphones, but after I re-soldered the 100uF capacitors, because I thought that might be it as I had to move them around to make room for the speedball, i just hear nothing now.

Some good notes:  At least both of the tubes light up and warm up!  Out of the 4 sets of LED lights (A & B board, Top & Bottom portion of the big board), the only one that lights up is the Bottom part of the Big board.  I'm assuming all four sets are supposed to light up.

I've tripled checked all three of my Solder boards - I'm using the right resistors, transistors, etc etc.

Voltage check (for the most part) have been whack as well.  I could post the numbers after I re-gauge them, but frankly I'm scared to even turn this thing on because it might ruin (if it's not already ruined) the parts of the amp.

Help please?

Your voltages look OK - smoke from the power supply could be a piece of debris shorting out the supply and causing the smoke.

I feel like I'm missing a resistor somewhere because a lot of the numbers are off by a same amount of percentage (b2 and b5, b3 & b6)

Lot of them are off by 20%+...

Pictures will help.  FAQ #7 will give you two ways to post pictures.

I missing resistor would have at least one voltage off by a lot more than that (you'd get a 0 where you expected more, or 213V where you expected less).

Most of your voltages are a hair high, but otherwise everything looks good.

I can hear some sort of music coming, but it's pretty much muffled by 95% static now.

Let me know if any other pictures would help.

Good pictures.  It looks like the LEDs on the boards are oriented properly.

Can you show both sides of the power supply in a few pictures?

2n2222s are mis-oriented.

Didn't catch that, I'll fix that right now.

Here are some other pictures that might help:

I accidently ripped out one of the transistors (re-oriented the second one correctly), so I guess I'm out of luck until replacement parts come back lol

please let me know if you guys see anything else that's off.
